i-Tech Security and Network Solutions is based in Clemmons, NC and was created in 2015. Our experience in low voltage and physical security installations and services dates back two decades. One thing our team at i-Tech focuses on daily is providing our customers immediate responses and same day resolution to critical and emergency issues. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Learn to be an i-Tech Security Technician: Install, service, and maintain access control systems, video security systems, intercom systems, electronic locking mechanisms, and other physical security products.
• Take initiative: Proactively assist in projects, demonstrating autonomy in a high-expectation, low-supervision environment to drive project success.
• Learn and adapt: Embrace the opportunity to learn techniques from your trainer, building on existing skills and showing a desire to grow.
• Maintain professional worksite: Ensure a clean, organized, and professional worksite, paying attention to detail, taking pride in workmanship, and solving problems for customers.
• Work with office staff: Order and track parts, materials, and time spent on services.

YOU SHOULD HAVE

• License: Must possess an unrestricted and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Comfortable using power tools and hand tools - personally or professionally. Preference for having worked in low voltage, carpentry, electric, military, HVAC, or similar.
• Skills: Ability to stand, bend, and/or climb for long periods of time in a non-climate-controlled environment; lift 75 pounds; work at heights using a ladder and/or lift.
• Tests: Successful completion of a background check and drug screen required. Must meet all requirements for registration with the North Carolina Alarm Systems Licensing Board. COVID-19, flu, and other vaccinations may be required.

LOCATION

i-Tech is based in Clemmons, NC. You may have to drive up to 2 hours to job sites in the surrounding area. Additionally, there may be opportunities to travel out of the region (via car or plane) to support customers and/or contractors across the country; these instances are rare.
