Expedites all chassis movement. Communicates, chassis production status on a daily basis to all departments. Interface with chassis manufacturers. Provide direction and oversight to Chassis Movers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manages and communicates all incoming dropship and pool chassis support dates
• Interface with all chassis manufactures to facilitate chassis production and arrivals weekly at minimum
• Provide information from chassis manufacturers to all departments with regards to specification changes, price changes, model changes, etc.
• Manages pool chassis inventory; develop order recommendations, order chassis' and reassign when use for body orders
• Request change orders when chassis do not match body spec.
• Assist OEM auditors and bailment audits
• Resolve chassis inventory issues and holes chassis daily
• Update computer files with chassis support dates
• Complete all requests for part number additions or corrections through the part number request program

High School diploma or equivalent. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have good project management and organizational skills. Must have strong PC skills. Experience in AS400 a plus, good working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
