Therapy Partners Group is Hiring a Front Office Coordinator Near Cleburne, TX

Overview

Starting Hourly: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour 

Therapy Partners Group is the parent company of a thriving family of outpatient physical therapy and wellness brands throughout the United States. We are known for providing the highest quality individualized care for our patients and our team of highly skilled physical therapists who are passionate about helping patients achieve their goals. 

Currently, we are looking for a full time Front Office Coordinator who will be based out of our Real Performance location in Cleburne. 

Schedule needed: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 

Responsibilities

The Front Office Coordinator shall be responsible for administrative functions as required for continued patient care utilizing our practice management system (Raintree). Primary responsibility for working system dashboards and follow up queues to ensure full patient experience within the system is functioning timely. Some of these dashboards include accepting patient portal changes, ensure fax transmissions are completed, follow up on patient plan of cares daily and follow Medicare guidelines, review patient inbound message for action needed and response, work dedicated patient coordinator subfolder, work medical records request, work open task related to patient for VOB, and or RCM items needed, review schedules and push out needed outcome measures until automated. 

  • Greets warmly and maintains a friendly, welcoming relationship with all patient care coordinators, and any external connections
  • Clearly communicates with all staff, including clinical and corporate employees, in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Responsible for answering phones and greeting patients with the utmost professionalism and care
  • Works closely with Billing Department, Physical Therapists and Aide staff to assure smooth patient experience workflow 
  • Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Participates in and adheres to, as required, the HIPAA Policies and Procedures of Therapy Partners Group
  • Performs primary and secondary tasks as assigned, including but not limited to; Completing End of Day Checklists, Referral Sorting, Failed Fax Monitoring, Accepting Patient Portal Charges and reviews and responds to patient messages, Plan of Care Follow up, Medical Records Requests, and Managing appointments

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is preferred
  • 40 words per minute as minimum typing speed (tested) 
  • Possess strong customer service skills 
  • Ability to maintain confidential documents 
  • Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities 
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a well thought-out easily understood manner, both orally and in writing in a variety of settings and styles 
  • Ability to communicate in an honest, direct and professional manner, relating well to others to build rapport and effective relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate active listening by asking clarifying questions, identify and share relevant information and solicit feedback from others and give and receives feedback objectively
  • Must be able to identify and problem solve
  • Possess strong team player attributes
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere with the patients near by

Education and Experience Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: Data Entry, System Dashboard and or Worklist Completion Projects preferred Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Requires prolonged sitting, some walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, mouse, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and present reports. No travel is required.
