**Key Responsibilities**

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and executive team by providing strategic insights and guidance.
• Enhance cash position through strategic management of bank relationships and cash flow projection.

**Financial Operations Oversight**

• Directly oversee accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.
• Develop and maintain effective methods for tracking revenue and expenses.

**Performance Evaluation and Compliance**

• Lead the organization's fiscal function and evaluate performance to optimize long-term planning and regulatory compliance.

**Internal Controls and Optimization**

• Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate payroll processing and payments to contractors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Financial Analysis and Decision Support**

• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and trends to support decision-making.

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting required; Master's degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
