Commission-Based Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:

As an Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and securing lucrative real estate deals by engaging with potential sellers. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure properties at favorable terms.

• Initiate contact and engage with property owners to assess their interest in selling.
• Manage and nurture leads effectively, maintaining a pipeline of potential properties for acquisition.
• Initiate and maintain communication with property owners, understanding their needs and motivations for selling.
• Educate sellers on the benefits of working with our company and the value we provide.
• Guide sellers through the acquisition process, addressing their concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and follow up on all seller interactions, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and attentiveness.
• Utilize CRM tools and systems to track leads, conversations, and negotiations efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize on effective lead management and acquisition tactics.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales or real estate, with a strong emphasis on negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a drive for success and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation methods.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to attend in-person meetings with potential sellers.
