The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for the creation of Tableau and other Analytical reporting for Lincare management and Executive leadership. This will include working with business stakeholders to understand project requirements, gathering the necessary data from a variety of on-premises and cloud databases, and structuring the complex data to a means viable for analytics. The data will be presented in a variety of formats that include but are not limited to Tableau.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data analytics on massive sets of complex and sometimes unstructured data
• Transform data according to analysis needs and develop approaches to deal with imperfections in data (e.g. missing values or inconsistent data formatting)
• Identify and automate various manual data and business processes using the appropriate technologies
• Identify and routinely use the most efficient and best practices to execute processes, and continually evaluate their effectiveness and appropriateness
• Work with different data sources and accurately access the correct data within relational databases based on business needs and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with all levels of business teams (project managers, database designer, information architecture, multilayer offshore support centers, etc.)
• Manage assigned projects to ensure they are delivered successfully and in a timely manner
• Participate in method development, process improvement, and standardization
• Continuously develop professional skills to use most effective approaches/methods/technologies

• Data visualization skills, preferably using Tableau
• Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and demonstrated ability to generate queries

• High interpersonal, communication, analytical, presentation skills, with a high business maturity
• Think creatively and analytically to solve problems
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related field; OR equivalent work experience
• A working experience working with SQL to write complex queries
• Minimum, one year of experience in a Data Analyst role, to include a thorough understanding of data management processes
