Job Summary: The manufacturing associate is responsible for assisting in the production of goods in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. · Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Follow company policies and regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes, troubleshoot issues, and achieve production targets.
· Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
