We are looking for a consistent hard working technician who has a background in residential construction. Jack of all trades who knows how to communicate, manage time and schedule to get longer projects completed by deadline. With a company van as a lead technician you will know where you are working in advance and have the ability to travel directly from home to the job site. Candidate must pass a MVR and Criminal Background. A qualified technician has the ability to confidentially and with good quality preform tasks related to carpentry, finish trim, flooring non carpet, tile, light plumbing, light electrical, drywall, paint, siding and doors. Technicians are required to be able to utilize an Ipad daily to perform job responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
