Job Description:

As a fine jewelry professional, you are an essential member of our team, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm and welcoming environment
• Building relationships by understanding customers needs, preferences and engaging in informative communication to guide clients through a comfortable process.
• Assisting customers with jewelry repairs, maintenance services while working hand in hand with our in-house jeweler.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently via Edge inventory and POS system, ordering, shipping, follow-up, and quality control.
• Creating business through various methods of clienteling

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts throughout the week. Operating hours are Monday - Saturday from 9 - 6.
• Previous customer service experience is required
• Previous jewelry experience is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
