**Job Summary:** We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner - Present menus and explain menu items to customers - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver food and beverages promptly - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services - Proficiency in basic math for handling payments and making change - Knowledge of upselling techniques to increase sales - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions with precision Join our team as a Server and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills in guest services, sales, cash handling, and hospitality will be valued.
