Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting with various tasks in the kitchen, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system or cash register
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations on menu items
- Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
- Handle cash transactions and process payments

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or the food industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to work well within a team

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.75 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
