Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Create and manage the store budget, including monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
- Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Conduct employee orientations and provide ongoing training to ensure staff members are knowledgeable about products and services.
- Assist the store manager in various tasks as needed.

Experience:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably as an assistant manager or store manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to interview, hire, and train employees.
