- Providing feed and water, and a daily observation of every animal
- Tending to newborn piglets
- Breeding and pregnancy checking
- Ensuring proper environmental conditions
- Light facility maintenance including rotating power washing responsibilities
- No prior experience required!
- All duties completed while adhering to Iowa Select Farms policies and procedures.
- $32,000 annual salary
- Automatic increase to $34,000 annual salary at the end of your first year of employment
- One-time retention bonus of $1,000 given after your 2 nd and 3 rd year of employment
- Opportunity for quarterly production bonuses
