Regan Landscape is rapidly expanding our local operations and has recently completed our relocation to our new facilities in Clarence! We are seeking hardscape, softscape and maintenance crew members to help in facilitating our expansion.

Positions are available on multiple field teams including: Maintenance, Softscape and Hardscape.

Job Duties:

• Perform various tasks to assist with landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Assist in the installation of landscape features such as plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscape elements.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on job sites.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care is preferred.
• Knowledge of power tools and equipment used in landscaping.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.

Please note that this position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Landscape or Lawn Care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Clarence Center, NY 14032: Relocate before starting work (Required)
