As the driving force behind our service department, you'll:

• Inspire and manage a team of service advisors and technicians to deliver exceptional results.

• Implement and maintain high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

If you DO NOT have experience:

We will invest and train the right individuals. In house training and all expense paid training where we send you to different trainings throughout the country so you can learn from the best so you can become the best.

If you DO have experience:

We only want the best of the best at Knight Claremont and we are willing to put our money where our mouths are. If you can prove that you are a TOP producer (bring printouts of your production) we will give you a $10,000 signing bonus if you are hired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
