Foley Products Company is Hiring a Quality Control Technician Near Clanton, AL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successfully plan and execute product and material testing at proper intervals
- Identify and resolve quality control issues
- Conduct and document Pre and Post Pour Inspections of product
- Test and document fresh and hardened concrete in accordance with industry standard
- Communicate and work with plant personnel to resolve quality issues
- Maintain and document calibration and maintenance of QC testing equipment
- Inspect and stamp product according to DOT standards prior to shipment
- Maintain all plant and personal certifications thru ACPA, NPCA, and multiple DOT’s.
- Operate production equipment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have or acquire and maintain ACI Field Tech and ACI Strength Tech certifications
- Must acquire and maintain multiple state DOT certifications
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Ability to keep and maintain all required documentation
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Operate forklift/loader.
