Job Summary:
The Automotive Warranty Administrator at McSweeney Chevrolet GMC/ CDJR is responsible for handling all aspects of warranty claims and ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained. This is a full-time, hourly administrative position in the auto industry located in Clanton, Alabama. This role is an individual contributor and reports directly to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Review and process all warranty claims following manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate and organized warranty records for all vehicles
- Communicate with customers to obtain necessary information for warranty claims
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Technicians to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims
- Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure prompt payment from manufacturers
- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer warranty procedures and requirements
- Handle all necessary paperwork related to the warranty process
- Address any customer concerns or questions related to warranty issues and provide excellent customer service
- Provide support to the Service Department as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive warranty administration preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to use various software programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures and requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
