The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for leading all community recruitment efforts, ensuring the smooth onboarding on new employees, and assisting management with scheduling.
The Staffing Coordinator will maintain appropriate staffing levels and adequate training in all departments such as, but not limited to clinical, dining, administration, environmental, housekeeping, life enrichment, and marketing.
The Staffing Coordinator must exemplify in all aspects of work, Frontier Culture, professionalism, and respect.
