Engineered Plastic Components is Hiring a Plant Financial Controller Near Circleville, OH
Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 3-7 years of accounting experience required. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices and GAAP financial reporting needed.
Key Responsibilities include
· Coordinate month-end close process.
· Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy.
· Monthly account reconciliation and comparing to subsidiary ledgers.
· Coordinate and participating in internal and external audit related activities.
· Assisting in the development of department goals and objectives.
· Assuring compliance with written internal control policies and procedures.
· Assuring proper application of GAAP accounting procedures and policies.
· Maintain the highest quality work to continuously ensure customer satisfaction.
· Job costing evaluation.
· A/R monitoring and coordinating collection efforts.
· Financial statement by plant analysis.
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
· B.A. or B.S. in accounting, or finance.
· CPA, or MBA candidate desired.
· Experience with ERP system desired, but not a requirement.
· Knowledge of GAAP required.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· Detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple fast-paced projects.
· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and meet multiple demands in limited time.
Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and database applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
