Summary
The Customer Service Specialist, Freight Operations is an integral part of the Road US team’s freight brokerage operations and is responsible for both customer and carrier facing service.
They are responsible for ensuring and providing timely workflow tools and information including pricing approvals, negotiating with transportation providers to obtain the best rates and services, and troubleshooting any operational issues that may arise.

For this position, the expected base pay is : $47,000 - $64,000 / Annual . Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
