Hours: 8a-5pm
The Role Itself
- Assesses and plans patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
- Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.
- Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.
- Assesses, collaborates, and documents patient/familys basic learning needs to provide initial and ongoing education to patients and family
- Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Initiates or assists with emergency response measures.
- Identifies expected outcomes, documents and updates the nursing assessment and plan of care for assigned patients through collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
