Assurance Health System is a regional system of short-term, inpatient psychiatric hospitals focused on the mental health needs of our senior population. With hospitals in Indiana, Ohio, and Kansas, our goal is to provide specialized and compassionate psychiatric care for our aging population. We work closely with long-term care facilities, assisted and independent living facilities, area hospitals, psychiatrists, geriatricians, internists, family practitioners, and others.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager at Assurance Health System. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating facility operations, maintenance, and repairs. They will ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, and manage the budget for facility-related expenses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in facilities management, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
