HD Talent, Inc. is eagerly seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a fast growing multifamily developer with numerous builds in the greater Cincinnati market.

Most projects are 300-500 unit garden style apartment complexes in the suburban neighborhoods surrounding the city. Wood frame experience in multifamily, student housing or hospitality sector preferred. The right prospect will be degreed in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, with at least a couple years of experience building comparable assets with a reputable company. Project Engineers and current APMs are encouraged to apply.

The developer is rapidly expanding operations and currently has builds in 20 States around the Country. A keen eye toward protocols and procedures is valued and if growth opportunity and a solid backlog of work is important to you, this is an option to explore.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
