JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee all aspects property appearance, cleanliness and image for current and prospective renters. Maintain the entrances and grounds in a clean and orderly condition and prepare vacant units for rental.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Contribute to the overall success of the company by efficiently and responsibly performing all janitorial functions in a professional, accurate and timely manner. Follow all company polices and procedures.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours as required.
Ability to operate vacuum cleaner and other related equipment.
Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies.
EQUIPMENT USED:
The Janitor must be able to operate a variety of tools and equipment including vacuum cleaner and power equipment to buff and restore floors and shampoo carpets.
MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:
Moderate mental and visual applications required for performing manual work, machine operations, set up, inspections, and adjustments, which require frequent decisions to detect and adjust for variance from proper operations.
PHYSICIAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to kneel, crouch, reach, sit, stand, walk, talk hear and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, push, pull, or move objects.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
The Janitor is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions including extreme cold, weather hazards, atmospheric conditions, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
