Upon initial employment, full-time faculty members are placed on the salary schedule based upon years of experience and education. Initial salary placement for experience can range from $68,468.00-$103,022,147.00 per year. Specifically, what are the key factors that contribute to their success and closing equity gaps in and out of the learning environment. b. Describe how your counseling approach has changed/evolved since you began counseling. Provide examples of what motivated this change.
