Key Maintenance is hiring for general laborers.

As a General Construction Laborer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, contributing to various projects by utilizing hand tools & lawn maintenance equipment efficiently. Your role will involve assisting with various tasks, such as site preparation, material handling, and lawn maintenance. With a focus on safety and teamwork, your core skills in physical labor, attention to detail, and following instructions will be key to your success in this role. Your premium skills in time management, problem-solving, and communication will enable you to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to work outside during all seasons.
• Ability to perform well in a team environment including assisting with lawn maintenance duties or janitorial work as needed.
• Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that fosters effective relationships.
• Follows established company policies and guidelines for safety, quality and service.
• Wears personal protective equipment as needed or required.
