The Judge Group is Hiring a Jira Administrator Near Chicago, IL
Our client is currently seeking a Jira Administrator to help with the implementation and customization of Jira
This positions is Hybrid 3 days a week onsite in Chicago, IL Or Dallas, Tx
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for planning, designing, installing, testing, and implementing solutions.
- Offer subject matter expertise on the SDLC platforms we maintain (Confluence, Jira, SpiraTest).
- Implement Atlassian plugins and support integration with other enterprise software.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for core system development, security, tuning, and performance.
- Support the Knowledge Management (KM) program strategy, transformation, and technical implementation.
- Create knowledge documentation related to requirements and solution design.
- Take overall ownership of solution implementation, working with the team to ensure quality solutions that provide delightful experiences.
- Ensure systems and processes comply with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of working experience in IT.
- 3 years of experience in implementing Atlassian products (Jira).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or DevOps methodologies.
- Experience working in Financial Services or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- Experience with SQL, Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
- Knowledge of System and Data Architecture.
- Experience or understanding of SDLC pipeline tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred; 4 years of additional related work experience may substitute for a degree.
