The Opportunity
As an Engineering Manager (reporting to the Director of Engineering) at Sittercity, you’ll lead and manage our Family Engagement Squad. You will be spending half of your time on hands-on technical work and half of your time on people management duties. The Family Engagement Squad focuses on product initiatives within these areas:
The Family Engagement Squad consists of one squad of a mixture of full time employees and contractors. You will attract, develop and grow a high-performing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the category by executing on our product vision. We’re looking for a technical leader who is equally passionate about driving results, setting a high bar of our technical solutions, leading engineers as they are solving problems and mentoring.
