**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers.
**Duties:**
- Process orders in NetSuite ERP system
- Fulfill customer orders with in system
- Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities and items
- Perform status updates in Excel.
- Aknowledge orders within customer portals.
- Invoicing customers.
- Work with Warehouse team to ensure orders go out accurately
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for order processing
- Utilization of Commerce Hub and SPS Commerce.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in order picking, packing, or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order verification
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
