Chief expectations:

• Ensure that patient care standards are well communicated to and being followed by the team members.
• Support, guide and assist team members in their performance of a variety of technical and client education duties.
• Coordinate and provide technical skills training to team members and student externs.
• Contribute to scheduling, hiring and performance management processes.
• Ensure that hospital and its employees are in compliance with federal/state animal health laws and regulations including OSHA and DEA.
• Assume regular shift work such as assisting in surgery or exam rooms.
