Who we’re looking for:

Full-time, Illinois licensed real estate brokers with experience in the Chicagoland area. Who are go-getters, responsive, independent, and wanting to grow their business. As a boutique brokerage we are happy to work with brokers who want to make a splash in luxury rentals, residential, commercial, new developments, or even start their own team.

We also offer aggressive commission splits and charge NO desk fees, NO copy fees, NO admin fees, NO E&O. Our agents are armed with innovative tech, marketing tools, and a dedicated supportive staff. We don’t require any office time and have no commission cap. Just focus on closing deals!

Requirements:

  • Illinois Real Estate License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

This is a 100% commission based position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
