Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Coordinator located in Chevy Chase, MD. The Investment Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing investments, analyzing financial data, and coordinating investment management activities. This role will require strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Finance, and Investment Management
• Experience in investment analysis and financial modeling
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Knowledge of commercial real estate industry is a plus
