What will be expected of you
- Work as a team to execute a variety of different event operations including but not limited to, buffet, plated, and a la carte dining
- Use a cocktail tray to serve all beverages and clear empty glasses
- Empowered to resolve member/guest complaints as soon as they occur
- Assist in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing linen, busing glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., and re-setting the room
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including indoor and outdoor
- Previous serving experience preferred
