Harmar Village is now under new management and is seeking a leader to help grow an established community. This DON position is for our skilled nursing facility formerly named Harmar Village Care Center located in Cheswick, PA.

Qualification/Responsibilities:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  • Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year of recent experience in a supervisory role in a nursing care facility
  • Organize, develop and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility
  • Work directly with the Administrator and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.
