BGSF is Hiring a Payroll Administrator Near Chesterton, IN
The main responsibilities are to process payroll for both union and non-union for over 2,500 employees, remit payroll taxes, and to verify and reconcile timecards and attendance records for all employees. Additionally, the Administrator will conduct audits of all payroll records, process stop payments, assist with W-2 preparation, and respond to employee inquiries.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be a team player. Preferably they would have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 5 years of experience. The position requires proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Excel with experience using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions and ideally familiarity with ADP.
