We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As an integral member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products to potential clients to the Chesterfield and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for helping individuals and businesses protect their assets and mitigate risks. Compensation:

$80,000 at Plan Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate leads by utilizing our proven sales systems taught in training.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospective clients to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes or claims.
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fundamental computer skills and/or experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
