Job Overview:
We are new fast growing company seeking a CNC Operator to join the HydraFoam team. This position has advancement opportunity within a relatively short time frame with additional pay incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC CAMaster machines, manufacturing custom marine decking designs for all types of boats & other marine related decking needs.
- Program CAMaster machines using DXF files.
- Inspect finished panels ensuring they meet specifications & quality standards.
- Light use of hand tools, calipers, and other measuring equipment to verify dimensional standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Prepare PE foam sheets for machine prior to running machines, applying pressure sensitive adhesive & brushing equipment.
- Pull specified inventory while following inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales & design teams to produce foam marine decking according to customer specified designs.
