Success Criteria:
- Three years or more of experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software (Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell)
- Preferred certifications such as ASE or I-CAR
- Top-notch communication and organizational skills
- Efficient multitasking abilities, even in a whirlwind environment
- A cheerful demeanor with a focus on top-notch customer service
- Self-sufficiency, motivation, and stellar time management skills are a must
- Ability to handle computer hardware/software with ease
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Solid grasp of basic computer functions
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Coordinate with fellow estimators on sublet work and agree on estimated completion dates
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
