Rebel Interactive Group is Hiring a Growth Marketing Manager Near Cheshire, CT
- Utilize advanced tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Google Ads to measure performance to inform data-driven decisions.
- Build high-converting landing pages utilizing visual editing software in collaboration with strategy and creative teams to align with our marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end email marketing and SMS campaigns, utilizing segmentation, configuring and deploying automation, and personalization to enhance customer engagement and maximize campaign performance.
- Configuration and ongoing management of reporting platforms such as Looker Studio to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with project teams to understand the client, the projects and how to leverage your subject matter expertise to support client business needs.
- Provide strategic guidance for CRM and email marketing projects.
- Work with Rebellion Group Project Managers, Client Service Leads and Project teams to ensure deliverables are completed to the highest quality and consistent with client’s direction and business goals.
- Remain up-to-date and share industry and marketing trends, aware of new technologies and solutions.
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in analytics and/or email marketing.
- Experience in building landing pages using drag-and-drop website builder platforms such as Weebly, Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow.
- Experience in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and Google Ads is highly preferred.
- Proficient experience in CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in leveraging data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on impact and results.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus and efficiency.
- Marketing agency experience is a plus.
- This position requires at least 4 days per week in the Cheshire office, with one of those days being Wednesday.
