OverviewAs a Senior Liability Claims Examiner at RealREPP, you'll be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving liability claims across multiple jurisdictions. Your role involves adhering to established claims management standards, employing critical thinking and decision-making skills, and mentoring team members to enhance their expertise and contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct timely and thorough investigations, managing external adjusters and legal counsel as needed.
- Direct settlement negotiations using investigative skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Efficiently handle assigned cases from start to finish, including recommending appropriate reserves.
- Analyze coverage and prepare evaluations in accordance with policy guidelines.
- Mentor colleagues and provide guidance to enhance their performance.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for specific venues and coverage lines.
Preferred Qualifications
- AIC designation.
- Knowledge of Public and Affordable Housing business.
