Description:

1. To design application drawings for products of of the corporation with the use of CAD (2D and 3D) systems;

2. Generating production drawings for the in-house shop and subcontracted shops; Manage mechanical portion of the project from start to finish;

3. Travel to perform presentations, audits, measure ups and start up support at mill site as necessary (up to 50% of time);

4. Capable to execute technical calculations to ensure the safety and integrity of mechanical custom components; Preparation of technical documentation and procedures, Product inspections and dimensional checks;

5. Creation of communication documentation, presentations, video calls, etc. to help convey the key aspects of a design to a client or manufacturing partner;

6. Participation in development projects and prototype design;

7. To perform any other duties as identified by the leadership of the company.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology

• 2 years practical experience

• Proficient in 2D and 3D

• Proficient in word processing and spread sheets

• Fluent in the English language
