firstPRO Inc. is Hiring a Web Content Specialist Near Cherry Hill, NJ
firstPRO is seeking a qualified Web Content Specialist for our client, a large organization based out of New Jersey. They are seeking someone with experience in HTML, SharePoint, and JavaScript.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer daily content requests and page updates utilizing content management tools, SharePoint, HTML, Markdown, and JavaScript.
- Work collaboratively with content contributors across the organization and provide timely feedback on distribution.
- Proofread submitted internal and dealer communications and suggest edits for clarity, formatting, and / or brand compliance.
- Assist with maintaining content on the company intranet; partner with key stakeholders to maintain and update document libraries and resources.
- Monitor multiple inboxes and respond to requests.
- Update internal and dealer content logs daily and provide monthly activity reports.
- Monitor usage metrics and analytics (GA4) to assess performance, identify improvement areas, and increase company adoption.
- Knowledge of brand guidelines and how to apply them to online content.
- As needed, support or serve on web-related projects and committees.
- As needed, support maintaining content management on Corporate Communications’ photo archive / DAM.
Job Requirements
- Associates degree (Communications, Multimedia, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline) required.
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, web content management, or related field.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- SharePoint certifications or related training preferred.
