Job Description
- Data Entry: Accurately inputting essential financial data into SAP, ensuring completeness and precision in all entries.
- Standard Cost Support: Assisting the team lead by providing comprehensive data, enabling the development and setting of standard costs.
- Financial Analysis: Conducting detailed financial analyses on materials-related transactions, identifying discrepancies, and proposing corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline data entry processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting: Generating periodic reports on materials ledger activities, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of financial information.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (such as CPA) is a plus.
- 4 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably within manufacturing
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
