Job Summary:
As a Contract Coordinator, you will perform contract activities for the Contracts Department at ZOLL to assist with the administration of GPO and State accounts.
Essential Function
Administer new customers and reactivated customers via research in our ERP and membership rosters, to include eligibility auditing and maintenance via GPO rosters and adjoining activities. Update Customer pricing if applicable and ensure pricing connections are communicated to the appropriate parties.
Maintain & coordinate GPO membership databases, including proactive eligibility review.
Document any identified gaps in contracting membership procedures and work with the management team to find resolution.
Field calls and Salesforce cases from Field Sales and Customer Service regarding contracts and pricing issues.
Maintain electronic files for Contracts in ZOLL's Contract Lifecycle Management Software.
Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle system as required.
Prepare and analyze standard reports and respond to miscellaneous data/report requests.
Acts as a liaison between Contracts Department staff, Sales, and other departments as required.
Provide support to Team Lead and Manager of North American Contract Administration.
Acts as the subject matter expert for the sales team regarding GPO contract content and applicability to their customers.
Interface with Customer Service, field sales, Risk Management, legal, and others on contract/pricing issues.
Skills Requirements:
Contract review experience.
Must be confident in ability to work independently after initial training
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Strong computer skills; high level of proficiency with MS Office applications is critical;
Knowledge of reporting software (i.e. Access, R&R, Crystal);
Recent experience working with Oracle or other similar ERP system
Recent experience working with Salesforce preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to prioritize projects
Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s preferred
2 years of contract experience
