JOB DESCRIPTION/FUNCTIONS

This is temporary position, from June 23th until August 24th with the opportunity to become a permanent position. You will be working with adolescent in a camp like setting.

Qualifications

Master Level or working on a Master's degree.

Main Functions

Provide psychotherapeutic services to clients and families in all SFCC programs and communities by taking a holistic and evidence-based approach.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

· Care for all of SFCC’s diverse population including but not limited to clients and their families.

· Manage clients with varying degrees of aggression including but not limited to verbal, physical, suicidal, and/or homicidal ideations.

· Maintain appropriate assessment and progress records and of any additional contact with clients and their families.

· Consult with and receive supervision from the SFCC Program Director, psychiatrist, and/or psychologist regarding clients.

· Work with the clinical team on developing treatment plans for all clients.

· Attend all required team meetings and training.

· Develop, implement and evaluate behavioral point sheets.

· Inform all staff of any changes to the treatment plan.

· Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

· Comply with all applicable ethical and regulatory requirements.

· Perform related duties as needed and appropriate to the provision of SFCC services.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
