Position Type : Full-Time M-F 8 : 15am to 3 : 00pm

Pay range : $20-$27 / hr depending on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities :

• Assist classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities that cater to the individual needs of the student.
• Maintain open communication with classroom teacher, school staff, and parents regarding the student's progress and needs.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to the student to foster a positive learning environment.
• Assist in creating a safe and inclusive space for the student to thrive academically and socially.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in working with bilingual students.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to the well-being of students.
