Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items, such as specials, desserts, or specialty drinks
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests

-Setting dining rooms, breaking down dining room for events
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Process payments using the Toast POS system or other payment methods
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server in the hospitality or food industry is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide excellent guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations to ensure food safety standards are met
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
