We are pursuing an experienced working Maintenance Technician to work within a service team and provide all levels of residential maintenance for a class A property.

The ideal candidate possesses 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, is willing to earn HVAC and CFC certifications, and possesses strong maintenance skills.
