This person will be responsible for vendor management, and the strategic sourcing and procurement of products and equipment at competitive prices. The right person will have a history of innovation in finding great solutions. Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. MBA or certifications like CSCP or CPSM are highly desirable.Experience: 5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain management, preferably in facility services. Proven ability to analyze purchasing data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement procurement strategies.Skills: Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills for effective contract negotiations and supplier relationships.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, contract management principles, and industry trends. Familiarity with purchasing policies, procedures, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.Mindset: Results-driven with a focus on cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic objectives.
