We are looking for a Tax Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in tax law, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to clients on a variety of business law and tax matters
- Research and analyze complex tax issues
- Draft legal documents, such as tax memoranda, tax opinions, and Operating Agreements
- Prepare for and attend tax audits and other tax proceedings
- Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
